We truly appreciate you reaching out! Unfortunately, the season has already started, and we're no longer able to add new players. However, we would love to have you for the 2025 winter season!
You can also join us for the next fall for an exciting season of youth flag football in Jacksonville, NC. The fall season runs from September 13 to October 26, with games on Saturdays at:

Who can play?
Boys & girls aged 4-17 of all experience levels are welcome! Players are grouped by age & grade for fair and fun matchups:

Each team kicks off the season with Opening Day, plays five regular games, and wraps up with the Championship. Every player gets to grow, compete, and enjoy the excitement of the game!
2025 Fall Season Format & Play

7v7 play (6v6 for 6U).

Field size: 30 × 70 yards.

Quick 30-minute warm-up before each game.
Basic Rule Highlights
-
Non-contact play: No tackling; players wear flag belts.
-
Passing only: Forward passes must cross the line of scrimmage.
-
7-second QB clock: Unless there's a handoff or lateral.
-
Rusher rule: One allowed, starting 7-10 yards back.
-
Interceptions: Worth 6 points (2 on extra points).
-
Dead ball: When the flag is pulled, the ball is out of bounds, or the ball hits the ground.
Awards: Trophies and medals for champions in every division.
Equipment Needed
Flag football is simple and budget-friendly. Here's what your child needs:

Mouthguard (required).

Pocketless shorts.

Cleats (plastic/rubber only - no metal).

Flag belt & jersey (we provide these).

Football gloves (optional).

Headgear is not required in all divisions.
We offer seasons for fall, winter, and spring.
