We truly appreciate your interest in joining our spring program! Registration for the Spring 2026 Season will officially open from January 1, 2026, to March 1, 2026. Games will run from April 11, 2026, to May 23, 2026, in Jacksonville, NC, offering kids a fun, active, and team-building experience.

Who can play?
Boys and girls ages 4-17 are invited to join. No matter their skill level or past experience. To keep things fair and fun, players are matched by age and grade, giving everyone the opportunity to learn, compete, and grow in a positive team environment.
We believe every child deserves the chance to play, grow, and shine without being held back by financial barriers. With your generosity, support, and sponsors, we're able to open the doors for underserved children, too. Making sure every child has the chance to step onto the field, build confidence, and feel the joy of being part of a team.

Game Day & Practice Schedule

Game Dates: (Saturdays Only) 04-11, 04-18, 05-02, 05-09, 05-16, 5-23
6U Age 4-6 | 9:00 AM Practice 9:30 AM Game Start | 30-minute Practice 2 - 24 minute halves |

Each team kicks off the season with Opening Day, plays five regular games, and wraps up with the Championship. Every player gets to grow, compete, and enjoy the excitement of the game!
2026 Spring Season Format & Play

7v7 play (5v5/6v6 for Pee Wee).

Field size: 30 × 70 yards.

Quick 30-minute warm-up before each game.
Basic Rule Highlights

Non-contact play: No tackling; players wear flag belts.

Passing only: Forward passes must cross the line of scrimmage.

7-second QB clock: Unless there's a handoff or lateral.

Rusher rule: Starting 7-10 yards back (must signal).
-
Interceptions: Worth 6 points (2 on extra points).

Dead ball: When the flag is pulled, the ball is out of bounds, or the ball hits the ground.
Awards: Trophies and medals for champions in every division.
Equipment Needed
Flag football is simple and budget-friendly. Here's what your child needs:
Mouthguard (required).

Pocketless shorts.

Cleats (plastic/rubber only - no metal).

Flag belt & jersey (we provide these).

Football gloves (optional).

Headgear is not required in all divisions.
We offer seasons for fall, winter, and spring.
